These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of dumpster rental services provided by NB Dumpster Rentals (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling a dumpster rental, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Rental Period
Your rental period will be confirmed when you book your dumpster. If you need to keep the dumpster longer than originally scheduled, please contact us before your pickup date. Extended rental fees may apply and will be discussed before any additional charges are added.
2. Pricing & Additional Charges
Our pricing is based on the dumpster size, rental period, and the type of debris being disposed of. Additional charges may apply for:
- Exceeding the included weight allowance
- Extended rental periods
- Prohibited materials
- Dry runs or blocked pickups
- Relocation requests after delivery
Any additional charges will be explained whenever possible before billing.
3. Accepted & Prohibited Materials
Our dumpsters are intended for approved construction debris, household junk, landscaping debris, roofing materials, and other non-hazardous waste.
The following materials are not permitted unless approved in advance:
- Hazardous chemicals
- Paints, solvents, and oils
- Asbestos
- Batteries
- Tires
- Medical or biohazard waste
- Flammable or explosive materials
- Propane tanks
- Refrigerants
- Radioactive materials
If prohibited materials are placed inside the dumpster, additional disposal fees or penalties may apply.
4. Dumpster Placement
The customer is responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for dumpster delivery.
If the dumpster is placed on:
- Public streets
- Sidewalks
- Public property
the customer is responsible for obtaining any permits required by the City of New Braunfels or other local authorities.
Our drivers take every reasonable precaution during delivery and pickup. However, NB Dumpster Rentals is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other surfaces where placement is requested.
5. Loading Requirements
Please load materials evenly throughout the dumpster.
Do not:
- Fill above the top edge of the container
- Overload the dumpster beyond its weight capacity
- Place prohibited materials inside the dumpster
Overfilled dumpsters may require unloading before pickup and could result in additional charges.
6. Delivery & Pickup
We work hard to deliver and pick up dumpsters within the scheduled timeframe.
Delivery and pickup times may occasionally be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic
- Equipment availability
- Road closures
- Other circumstances beyond our control
While we make every effort to stay on schedule, specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.
7. Payment
Payment terms are provided during booking.
By renting a dumpster, you agree to pay all applicable charges, including:
- Rental fees
- Overage charges
- Extended rental fees
- Additional disposal fees
- Applicable taxes
Outstanding balances may delay future service.
8. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- Ensuring safe access for delivery and pickup
- Using the dumpster only for approved waste
- Preventing unauthorized use of the dumpster while it is on-site
- Complying with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding waste disposal
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, NB Dumpster Rentals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to your rental shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific rental.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services, or legal requirements.
The version published on this page at the time of your rental will apply to your order.
